Now, how's your weekend shaping up? Whatever's on your busy weekend schedule (or your determinedly unplanned down-time), a few refreshing mindful moments make a difference. Yep, there I go, beginning a new blog with that "mindfulness" buzzword. Cliche in post number one! But although the word "mindfulness" may be in danger of becoming cliche, the practice retains impact. A few stolen moments of mindful breathing, observation, listening, sensory awareness and appreciation go a long way to restoring balance - almost as well as apples and chocolate!
